Michelle is a certified Reiki and Crystal Healing Practioner and has been highly empathic from a young age. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice which promotes deep relaxation and shifts stagnant energy. Michelle works with embodied energetics, chakra balancing and is highly passionate about targeting the root of imbalance for a well-rounded healing experience. She feels it is a great honour and privilege to be part of her clients healing journey. She believes that healing is a layered approach bringing us back to homeostasis.
